2 bedroom units can accommodate up to 5 persons, or we can allow for an extra
folding bed for families with 4 children

nd bedroom has 3 single beds
- all beds are
provided with pillows, blankets, electric blankets and doona's

and portacots available at additional charge.

rooms have dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, colour TV with remotes.

units have reverse cycle air-conditioning units. Standard units have central heating
and oscillating fans
- All units have a kitchen
equipped with full sized fridge/freezer, hotplates, griller and oven, microwave
oven, cutlery, crockery, pots, electric fry pan, toaster, kettle and utensils.
- Each unit has iron and ironing board, broom,
mop, bucket and clothes airer, with access to a centralized laundry for units
use only.
- All units have patio areas overlooking
the river, equipped with table and chairs and each unit is separated by their
own carport
- Units have access to wood BBQ's
and an undercover electric BBQ
